Avocado Face Mask


Not only is the "alligator pear", of avocado, is not only beneficial to one's health when eaten. It's also is believed to fed the skin from without as well as within.
Avocados are rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin K, fiber, folate, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, copper and potassium and have been used in treating a ton of skin ailments. They are known to have a anti-fungal, anti-bacterial flesh that has been used for centuries. Avocados contain oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that may help to lower cholesterol. They may also regulate blood pressure due their concentration of Potassium. They can also guard against stroke, heart disease, and high blood pressure.
Avocado is often good for you beauty also. May not be good alone but combining it with honey, milk, or oatmeal are the most effective masks to use. They are most successful when left on for at least ten to fifteen minutes. All avocado masks should be used twice a week for top notch results. Only of the avocado is necessary for each facial. With these masks you're skin will undoubtedly be hydrated and well moisturized. When using avocado masks on oily skin it's helpful to add egg whites to the mixture.
Here are two recipes with avocado:
1.Avocado Face Mask for Dry and Sensitive Skin
Ingredients:
1 avocado
3-4 drops of almond oil
Preparation
Peel and mash avocado and add almond oil until the mass is consistent.
Apply to face while massaging it gently.
Let it rest for 30 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
2.Moisturizing Avocado facial mask recipe
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 teaspoon of apple vinegar
1 egg white
3 teaspoons of olive oil
Preparation:
Peel and mash avocado and start adding the rest of the ingredients. Egg white should be beaten before you put it in.
When the mass is done, apply to face and wash off after 20 minutes or so.
This mask provides great moisture for skin, making it soft and elastic.
